Departure on an intercontinental flight bound for Madrid.
Day 2º (Sun): Madrid
Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Free time to have our first contact with the city, stroll through its avenues and promenades. In the late afternoon, optionally we will take a tour of illuminated Madrid (during the spring and summer, due to late sunset, visits will still be made in daylight) and the surroundings of Plaza Mayor where we can taste the delicious tapas in one of the numerous taverns (Tapas dinner and night tour included in the Plus Package P+). Return to the hotel. Accommodation.
Day 3º (Mon): Madrid
Buffet breakfast. Departure to visit the city and its main monuments and modern Madrid. In the afternoon, we suggest taking an optional excursion to the neighboring imperial city of Toledo, strolling through its streets, soaking in its medieval atmosphere, visiting its splendid cathedral, and exploring the works of El Greco. (Visit to Toledo with lunch included in the Plus Package P+). Accommodation.
Day 4º (Tue): Madrid / Mérida / Sevilla (540 Km)
Buffet breakfast. Departure towards the Extremadura region, passing through Trujillo. Arrival in Mérida. Free time for lunch. (Lunch included in the Plus Package P+). In the afternoon, visit the spectacular Roman Theater and Amphitheater (Entrance included). Continue to Seville. Accommodation.
Day 5º (Wed): Seville
Buffet breakfast. Departure to visit the city and its main monuments, such as the Torre del Oro, Maria Luisa Park, the Maestranza, the cathedral topped by the Giralda, and the Santa Cruz neighborhood. (Lunch included in the Plus Package P+). Next, we suggest optionally in the late afternoon, attending a typical flamenco show and taste good Andalusian wine. (Flamenco show included in the Plus Package P+) Accommodation.
Day 6º (Thu): Seville / Córdoba / Granada (306 Km)
Breakfast. Departure to Córdoba where we will visit its famous Mosque-Cathedral (Entrance included). Free time for lunch. Departure to Granada. Accommodation.
Day 7º (Fri): Granada / Costa del Sol - Málaga (274 Km)
Buffet breakfast and departure for the visit to the fabulous Alhambra and the Generalife Gardens. After the visit, departure with a transfer to the Costa del Sol (without a guide). Accommodation.
Day 8º (Sat): Málaga (Costa del Sol) / Ronda / Málaga (Costa del Sol)
Buffet breakfast. Brief city tour and departure towards the picturesque city of Ronda perched on the mountain range, a charming and historic enclave. Visit to the city. Free time for lunch (Lunch included in the Plus Package P+). Return to Málaga (Costa del Sol). Free afternoon. Accommodation.
Day 9º (Sun): Costa del Sol - Málaga / Madrid on the AVE, High Speed train
Breakfast and transfer to the station to take the High-Speed train for our return journey to Madrid. Arrival in Madrid and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
Day 10º (Mon): Madrid
Buffet breakfast. At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport to catch the return flight.

Sharjah

Cairo
El Cairo es la capital de Egipto y de su gobernación. Es la mayor ciudad del mundo árabe, de Oriente Próximo y de África, y los egipcios la denominan a menudo sencillamente con el nombre del país, pronunciado en árabe culto Misr y dialecto egipcio Masr. Su área metropolitana incluye una población aproximada de unos 16 millones de habitantes, convirtiendo a El Cairo en la undécima urbe más poblada del mundo. Es, también, el área metropolitana más poblada de todo el continente africano. Es conocida por los egipcios como la "madre de todas ciudades" y la "ciudad de los mil minaretes".
Jaipur
Jaipur conocida también como la ciudad rosa, es la capital del estado de Rajastán en la India. Su población en el año 2003 era de 2,7 millones de habitantes. La ciudad fue construida en estuco rosado para imitar la arenisca. En 1905 el príncipe de Gales visitó Jaipur. Para darle una bienvenida correcta se decidió volver a pintar los edificios de la ciudad de color rosa. Desde entonces, este color se considera un símbolo de la hospitalidad de Jaipur.
Agra
Agra es una ciudad situada a orillas del río Yamuna, en el estado de Uttar Pradesh, en la India. Fue la capital del Imperio mogol entre 1556 y 1658.
Habarana
Situado en la zona seca del país, Habarana, es el punto central desde donde se puede explorar el pasado glorioso y los mitos históricos de Sri Lanka. Los amantes de la cultura están obligados a parar en este hermoso lugar ya que es el epicentro de la cultura budista e hinduista. Habarana está localizada cerca de Minneriya y del Parque Nacional de Kaudulla que son los puntos de tránsito de cientos de elefantes y otros animales durante la estación seca. La ciudad sagrada de Anuradhapura, templos de la cueva de Dambulla y Sigiriya, la roca-fortaleza, son sólo algunos de los sitios muchos lugares que merecen la atención de un apasionado de la historia.
Siena
Mantiene su aire medieval. En julio y agosto se celebran las famosas fiestas del "Palio" con sus carreras a caballo con jinetes históricos
Asis
Lugar de nacimiento de San Francisco, la localidad posee un imponente patrimonio arquitectónico, su Castillo domina todo el horizonte y su basílica franciscana es Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO

What can I expect from this trip?
You will live an unforgettable experience, away from the bustle of everyday life. This is a trip that you can do in total liberty, on foot or by bicycle, and at your own pace as this is not a race. Your luggage (maximum 1 piece, 44 lbs) will be carried for you from one destination to the next. We provide you with all the necessary expert advice, information and documentation that you require to complete your journey safely: local maps detailing your route, vouchers for your lodgings, tags for your luggage and a travelers notebook for your trip with descriptions on each daily walking or biking route.
What is the “Compostela”
The “Compostela” is a certificate of accomplishment given to pilgrims that have completed the Camino de Santiago upon presentation of your stamped "Credendial" or Pilgrims Passport. In order to receive the “Compostela” you must complete the last 100 km walking or 200 km cycling. You obtain the “Compostela” at the Office of the Pilgrim located a few meters from the Platerias façade of the Santiago Cathedral.
Where do I obtain a Pilgrims Passport?
The "Credencial" or Pilgrims Passport will be provided to you by Petrabax in Spain at the beginning of your trip. It is part of the travel materials and insurance informaion provided upon arrival to your starting point.
Where do I receive my trip documentation?
You will receive most of your documentation prior to your departure so that you can review it and prepare for your Camino. Other documentation will be delivered at your first hotel.
When can I take this trip?
You can take this trip starting any day of the year. The Camino offers diverse countryside and conditions depend on the season and time of year. Consult the weather of Galicia before arranging your trip. Rainy season is from November through February. March through June and September through October are optimum months for the Camino. The summer months of July and August can be somewhat more challenging due to the warmer weather.
What is the profile of the traveler on this trip?
This trip is suitable to any person who enjoys a normal physical condition. We do however highly recommend that you do some training, especially those persons who are not accustomed to walking or cycling for longer periods of time.
Can I travel with children?
Yes, older children are welcome on the trip as long as they are energetic and accustomed to walking long distances on successive days.
