¡Bienvenidos a Dubái! Al llegar a esta ciudad fascinante, donde la tradición árabe se mezcla con el lujo y la modernidad, nuestro servicio de traslado los llevará cómodamente hasta el hotel. El resto del día quedará libre para que puedan descansar del viaje o empezar a explorar la ciudad por su cuenta. Alojamiento.
Día 2º: Dubái / Medio día de City Tour
Desayuno. Hoy conoceremos el lado más auténtico de Dubái en un recorrido panorámico de medio día. Iniciaremos en Bastakiya y el distrito histórico de Al Fahidi, donde sus callejuelas nos trasladan al Dubái del siglo XIX. Cruzaremos el Creek en un “abra”, el tradicional taxi acuático, para llegar a los zocos del oro y las especias. Continuaremos hacia la famosa mezquita de Jumeirah y pasaremos frente a Union House, símbolo de la unión de los Emiratos. Finalizaremos con una parada fotográfica frente al icónico Burj Al Arab. Regreso al hotel. Alojamiento. (D)
Día 3º: Excursión a Abu Dhabi con almuerzo
Desayuno. Salida hacia Abu Dhabi, la capital de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos (aprox. 150 km, 2 horas en coche). En ruta pasaremos por Yas Island con una parada fotográfica frente a Ferrari World. Recorreremos la Corniche y visitaremos el Heritage Village, que recrea la vida en un oasis tradicional. Veremos el imponente Emirates Palace (exterior) y disfrutaremos de un almuerzo en restaurante local. Por la tarde, visitaremos la majestuosa Gran Mezquita Sheikh Zayed, una de las más grandes y bellas del mundo. Regreso a Dubái. Alojamiento. (D, A)
Día 4º: Dubái / Safari por el desierto en 4x4 con cena barbacoa
Desayuno. Mañana libre para actividades personales. Por la tarde, salida en vehículos 4x4 hacia el desierto. Viviremos la emoción de recorrer las dunas doradas y contemplar una mágica puesta de sol. En un campamento árabe disfrutaremos de paseos en camello, tatuajes de henna, la tradicional shisha y un espectáculo con música y danza oriental. La velada concluirá con una cena buffet barbacoa bajo las estrellas. Regreso al hotel. Alojamiento. (D, C)
Día 5º: Medio día de excursión a Sharjah
Desayuno. Excursión a Sharjah, declarada por la UNESCO Capital Cultural del Mundo Árabe. Visitaremos el Souq Al Arsah, uno de los más antiguos del país, y el animado Souq al Markazi, famoso por su joyería y artesanía. Continuaremos por el mercado de frutas, verduras y pescado antes de entrar al Museo de la Civilización Islámica, que muestra la riqueza cultural y espiritual del islam. Durante el recorrido pasaremos por la Rotonda del Corán, importante símbolo cultural del Emirato. Regreso al hotel en Dubái. Alojamiento. (D)
Día 6º (viernes): Dubái / Vuelo de regreso
Desayuno. A la hora prevista, traslado al Aeropuerto Internacional de Dubái (DXB) para tomar el vuelo de salida. Fin de nuestros servicios. (D)

What can I expect from this trip?
You will live an unforgettable experience, away from the bustle of everyday life. This is a trip that you can do in total liberty, on foot or by bicycle, and at your own pace as this is not a race. Your luggage (maximum 1 piece, 44 lbs) will be carried for you from one destination to the next. We provide you with all the necessary expert advice, information and documentation that you require to complete your journey safely: local maps detailing your route, vouchers for your lodgings, tags for your luggage and a travelers notebook for your trip with descriptions on each daily walking or biking route.
What is the “Compostela”
The “Compostela” is a certificate of accomplishment given to pilgrims that have completed the Camino de Santiago upon presentation of your stamped "Credendial" or Pilgrims Passport. In order to receive the “Compostela” you must complete the last 100 km walking or 200 km cycling. You obtain the “Compostela” at the Office of the Pilgrim located a few meters from the Platerias façade of the Santiago Cathedral.
Where do I obtain a Pilgrims Passport?
The "Credencial" or Pilgrims Passport will be provided to you by Petrabax in Spain at the beginning of your trip. It is part of the travel materials and insurance informaion provided upon arrival to your starting point.
Where do I receive my trip documentation?
You will receive most of your documentation prior to your departure so that you can review it and prepare for your Camino. Other documentation will be delivered at your first hotel.
When can I take this trip?
You can take this trip starting any day of the year. The Camino offers diverse countryside and conditions depend on the season and time of year. Consult the weather of Galicia before arranging your trip. Rainy season is from November through February. March through June and September through October are optimum months for the Camino. The summer months of July and August can be somewhat more challenging due to the warmer weather.
What is the profile of the traveler on this trip?
This trip is suitable to any person who enjoys a normal physical condition. We do however highly recommend that you do some training, especially those persons who are not accustomed to walking or cycling for longer periods of time.
Can I travel with children?
Yes, older children are welcome on the trip as long as they are energetic and accustomed to walking long distances on successive days.
